MENTOR AND ME Kickboxing Series
This class is a 4 WEEK SERIES for BOTH a MENTOR (parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, caregiver) and a child to participate in TOGETHER. This is geared for children 5-9 years old but older children are welcome to attend.
Class will be on TUESDAY at 4-4:45pm. Starts APRIL 9th - APRIL 30th.
This is going to be a fun and high energy class that will focus on body movement, self control, and respect through learning kickboxing principles and techniques. There will be NO contact or sparring in this class. I will integrate both my holistic healing techniques and my 3 years of training in kickboxing with the International Karate Association to teach both the mentor and the child how to have fun while working together as a team and how to harness their power to be more
centered, focused, and confident.
4 weeks for $100 siblings are an additional $40
