Healing tools workshop

In this fun, hands on workshop you will be creating THREE different but powerful medicine pieces for you to take home and use on your personal healing journey. We will be making a talking stick, a smudging fan, and a medicine pouch. All three are used in many indigenous cultures around the world to protect and guide those who need it. These are sure to become an important and treasured part of your path to self empowerment and growth.
* Create a sacred space to make your medicine pieces * Discover your Medicine Pieces through guided meditation * Receive wisdom teachings about each Medicine Piece * Create your 3 Medicine Pieces * Blessing and activation of your Medicine Pieces * Closing of our sacred space There will be more than enough materials provided for this workshop but it is encouraged for participants to bring any natural materials they would like to use in the creation of their Medicine Pieces. Some suggestions would be: feathers, seashells, leaves, twigs/bark/moss, small crystals, beads, amulets/brooch/jewelry, small clean bones, rocks/stones, dried flowers, twine/leather/natural fibers. Please, always be aware of sourcing your natural items in a respectful way and ask permission from the place you’re are sourcing it from before removing it from the plant or area. Hot tea and a light snack will also be provided. Every healing session is custom tailored to the needs of each client. Included in all sessions are tools and wisdom given to help continue the path of healing long after the session is over. Reiki, chakra/energy clearing, color therapy, guided meditation, and shamanic healing are integrated into all of these sessions.
Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Session 60 mins $150
Learn all about the many ways to integrate holistic living into your daily life - diet, mindfulness activities, supplements, essentials oils, cbd oils, crystals, moon cycles and much more! Clients will receive a goodie bag of amazing samples and a binder with all the information given in the session to get them started.
